I made a small thing.
Not a book. Not a launch.
A folded, stapled, hold-it-in-your-hands kind of thing.
Body, Enough — Selections is a short zine pulled from the heart of my body of work. It’s for anyone who’s ever lived inside a body that felt like too much or not enough or both on the same damn day.
I made two versions:
– one you can print and fold into a little booklet
– one you can read straight through, no scissors required
I’m sharing it freely because sometimes stories just want to be passed hand to hand.
If it lands with you, you’re welcome to share it. If you want to support the work, that door is open too—but this one is a gift.

Download it. Print it. Pass it on.
That’s how these things live.

Come hang out with me on I’m Healing Out Loud—my Substack home where memoir meets midlife mayhem, queer joy, grief, guts, and gym sweat. You’ll get the real, the raw, and the occasionally ridiculous—plus behind-the-scenes peeks, poetry, and my favorite kind of rebellion: healing in public.
Subscribe free (or become a founding badass). Your story matters. Let’s write through it, together.
